Kaseya's remote scripting features are a great way to deploy Ninite installers to manage software. Glenn Bach of Be Structured Technology Group has posted a great agent procedure for using Ninite Pro installers via Kaseya. Jim Lee wrote in with more details on deploying Ninite via Kaseya. Specifically he notes that running as user with an impersonate administrator command seems to work best.
